Liaison and thinking partner for internal sales with a focus on the growth and development of merchandising strategies and concepts. Key partner in Seasonal Consensus presentations to merchandise and determine the line to be presented to sales teams seasonally 

Partner with account executives, business partners, and retail buyers during the fabric commit process with a focus on product to ensure accounts maintain a core buy that reflects key messages of the season globally. Brand ambassador during market appointments with a focus on product and seasonal concepts

Lead, develop, and facilitate visual merchandising directives for wholesale accounts with a focus on key looks, merchandising direction, and overall visual presentation for both new and existing concepts

Manage global visual field team for wholesale and retail based internationally. Facilitate and communicate visual merchandising direction to field teams ensuring consistent brand aesthetic across all wholesale department store accounts

 

European Visual Merchandising Leader - Eileen Fisher, London UK

Responsible for the launch and development of the Eileen Fisher brand in the UK and Europe by partnering with global teams regarding overall growth of the international business. Leader in maintaining brand consistency in international markets through visual merchandising, planning seasonal assortments, and educating satellite teams on overall brand and product. Partner with the London based PR agency to increase brand awareness.

Strategize on platform for Brand exposure: Negotiate floor location and presentation to maximise brand exposure in new and existing wholesale accounts. Partner with real estate team to identify new retail store locations in the UK

Brand research and development: Frequent travel to prospect markets throughout Europe. Visit markets to identify trade show opportunities to increase brand awareness and growth

Visual Merchandising: Lead the execution of window installations, interior concepts and monthly floor sets. Responsible for leading the design and execution of temporary showrooms

Product Leader: Act as a Product Merchant by partnering with the Retail UK buyer and Wholesale Account Executive in the creation of seasonal assortments. Develop and manage a team to deliver UK and Europe specific product seminars to all retail and wholesale accounts

Event production: Lead execution of in-store events for retail and wholesale accounts including wardrobe presentations, focus weeks, PR and selling events
